Adding group agents (Alert only)

Your system administrator may set up group agents to cover certain subjects, which you may subscribe to. These agents are just like personal agents, except you don't have to set them up yourself. You will receive e-mail alerts when new items arrive which are relevant to the agent.

You can subscribe to a group agent by clicking on the add new button in the group agents section of the agent hq screen.

This will take you to the group agents screen (example shown below), which contains a list of all the group agents set up on your system by your administrator. You may click on one of the agents in the list to subscribe to it.

Note: You can only click on the agent names that are underlined. Those that are not underlined have already been chosen for use, and cannot be selected again.
