Create a group agent screen
Use this screen to design a group agent (administrators only). The following controls are available:
Use this text box to type in a name for the agent.
Note: You can create a group agent and a personal agent with the same name - this will not cause any conflict.
Your agent will look for information on
Use this text box to type in words that will be used as the basis for the query. Include as many words as you can think of. Refer to the on-line user manual for details of how to enter different types of query.
Find information in
Use this drop-down selection list (if it appears here) to select the primary language of the documents that you wish to be returned by the agent.
Sort the results by
Select the appropriate radio button (if this control appears here) to specify the order in which documents will be listed when they are returned by a search.
You have a choice of 3 types of sorting:
- Ordered by relevance rating
- Ordered by relevance rating then ordered by date
- Ordered by date then ordered by relevance rating
Include items at least X % relevant
Use this drop-down selection list to specify the percentage relevance required to be alerted about a new article.
Only those items deemed to have a higher relevance rating than the one you have chosen will be included.
Click on this button to cancel your settings. This will return you to the administration centre screen.
Create agent button
Click on this button to accept your settings and return to the administration centre screen. This will create a group agent that other users of the index may select for their own use.
