Whenever you wish to re-enter the system (if you have already created an account for yourself) you should go to the log in screen, type in your user name (also referred to as short name or nickname) and password, and click on the enter button to enter the system.
This will take you to the agent hq screen, where you can perform tasks with agents.
If you can't remember your password, your system administrator will be able to reset it for you.
