Edit user details screen

In this screen, you can change the user's full name and their address details, and can make settings for their account (administrators only).


The following controls are shown in the first view of this screen:

User name

Use this text box to type in the name of the user, for which you wish to edit user details.

Enter button

Click this button to open the user details for the user. This will change the view, displaying the controls mentioned below.
Note: If you click on the enter button, the view will change to display the following controls:

Title

Use this text box to type in the user's title (for example, Mr, Dr, Mrs, Ms and so on).

Full name

Use this text box to type in the user's name.

Addr1

Use this text box to type in the first line of the user's address.

Addr2

Use this text box to type in the second line of the user's address.

State/Region

Use this text box to type in the state or region of the user's address.

Zipcode

Use this text box to type in the zip code or postal code of the user's address.

Country

Use this text box to type in the country name of the user's address.

Email

Use this text box to type in the user's e-mail address.

Alerts enabled

Use this drop-down selection list to specify whether or not e-mail alerting is to be switched on or off.
The valid choices here are 'yes' and 'no'.

Maximum number of agents allowed

Use this text box to specify a maximum number of agents that the user can use or create. This gives you the ability to limit the overall number of agents active on the system, helping to reduce unnecessary processing overhead and e-mail traffic.

Number of results displayed per page

Use this drop-down selection list to select a number of results displayed on a page. If you select 10 for example, only 10 document items will be displayed on each results page.

This account is

Use this drop-down selection list to specify whether or not this user's account is to be switched on or off.
If you choose the disabled choice, the user will be unable to use the account.

Delete user button

Click this button to remove the user (and their settings) from the user database.

Change password button

Click this button to change the user's password. This will change the screen to display text boxes where you can type in a new password for the user.

Update button

Click this button to save all the settings.


Note: If you click on the change password button, the view will change to display the following controls:

New password

Use this text box to type in the user's new password. This password will override the password currently on the system.

New password again

Use this text box to type in the user's new password again. This is required to confirm that you have typed it in correctly.
