Use this screen to look at all the users registered to the system (administrators only).
Edit button
Click on this button if you wish to edit details of the user and their basic account settings. This opens the edit user details screen, where you can change the user's name, address, and e-mail address. Here, you can also specify whether or not the user's account and alerting are enabled. You can also change their password.
Delete button
Click on this button if you wish to delete the user from the database. Note: this will remove their user settings completely.
User name button and column
Use this column to view the user's name (usually the shortened version of their name). If you wish to sort the users into alphabetical order by the names in this column, click on the button.
Full name button and column
Use this column to view the user's full name. If you wish to sort the users into alphabetical order by the names in this column, click on the button.
Alerting column
Use this column to view the user's current alerting status - this shows whether or not alerting is enabled (yes) or disabled (no) for this user. If you wish to change this setting, go to the edit user details screen by clicking on the edit button.
Active column
Use this column to view the user's current active status - this shows whether or not the user's account is enabled (yes) or disabled (no). If you wish to change this setting, go to the edit user details screen by clicking on the edit button.
