information; or

proceedings to which sub-paragraph (a) refers.’.

provision requiring the payment of such an amount where—

 

(a)    

the order is made in favour of a party to proceedings or Proceedings

 

related to defamation or to misuse of private information of a prescribed

 

description.’.
