Any assessment of the level of need in the authority shall include—

the ranking of the local authority in the Index of Multiple

the proportion of adults with a limiting long-term illness

 

within the authority’s area,

 

(iv)    

the number of adults in receipt of social care within the

 

authority’s area,

 

(v)    

the number of looked-after children within the authority, and

 

(vi)    

the level of child poverty within the authority’s area.’.
