In subsection (5)(b) (power to require provisions of the Act to be read subject to

 

regulations), after “79(2)” insert “, 84H(2) and 86B(2)”.

 

(3)    

In subsection (7) (payments to receiving authorities to which regulations may

 

apply)—

 

(a)    

after “84C” insert “, 84K, 84N and 86B”, and

 

(b)    

for the words from “paragraphs 12 and 15 of that Schedule” to the end

 

substitute “and paragraphs 12 and 15 of that Schedule.”

 

(4)    

In subsection (8) (payments from receiving authorities to which regulations may

 

apply), for “and 84C” substitute “, 84C, 84K and 84N”.

 

(5)    

The amendments made by this section have effect in relation to the financial year
