‘(1)    

Paragraph 7A(2) shall not apply if the occupier of the mobile home is on a site

 

where—

 

(a)    

there is a residents’ association with members drawn from a majority of

 

the mobile homes on the site; and

 

(b)    

the residents’ association has determined that instead of the provisions of

 

paragraph 7A(2) section 2 (below) shall apply.

 

(2)    

Any person to whom the occupier intends to sell the mobile home or to assign the

 

agreement shall be approved by the site owner whose approval shall not be

 

unreasonably withheld.’.
