relevant social security office is under a duty to notify the issuing authority when

“(2C)    

Upon notification from the relevant social security office that disability related

 

benefits have ceased, the issuing authority must immediately notify the badge

 

holder that their badge has been cancelled unless—

 

(a)    

in exceptional circumstances, the individual is still entitled to the parking

 

badge on other criteria;

 

(b)    

the badge has less than two weeks until its expiration; or

 

(c)    

the benefit entitlement is the subject of an ongoing appeal.’.
