| | or not the person that the badge is being requested for is in receipt of relevant |

| | “(2B) | Having been notified by the issuing authority of the award of a parking badge, the |
|
| | relevant social security office is under a duty to notify the issuing authority when |
|
| | entitlement to any disability related benefits ceases.”.’. |

| | “(2C) | Upon notification from the relevant social security office that disability related |
|
| | benefits have ceased, the issuing authority must immediately notify the badge |
|
| | holder that their badge has been cancelled unless— |

| | (a) | in exceptional circumstances, the individual is still entitled to the parking |
|
| | |
| | (b) | the badge has less than two weeks until its expiration; or |
|
| | (c) | the benefit entitlement is the subject of an ongoing appeal.’. |
