Clause  2,  page  1,  line  14,  leave out subsection (2) and insert—

 

‘(2)    

This Act shall not come into force until the day after the Secretary of State has

 

laid an order certifying that the constitutional requirements of all the member

 

states of the EU have been complied with and all the related legal challenges have

 

been disposed of.’.
