After that subsection there is inserted—

Where pensions, allowances and gratuities to or in respect of persons

whose salaries are paid out of the General Lighthouse Fund are

payable otherwise than under subsection (1), sums in respect of those

benefits may with the approval of the Secretary of State be paid out of

that Fund.”’.

(b)
otherwise, £101,038.”
