This Act comes into force in accordance with the following provisions—



Section 1 comes into force on the day after the following conditions are





in each House of Parliament a Minister of the Crown moves a


motion that the House approves the coming into force of section


1, and



each House agrees to the motion without amendment,



the other provisions of this Act come into force on the day on which this


Act is passed.’.
