That the following provisions shall apply to the Local Government Finance Bill:

 

Committal

 

1.    

The Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House.

 

Proceedings in Committee

 

2.    

Proceedings in Committee of the whole House shall be completed in three

 

days.

 

3.    

The proceedings shall be taken in the order shown in the first column of the

 

following Table.

 

4.    

The proceedings shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a

 

conclusion at the time specified in the second column of the Table.

7.    

Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to the

 

proceedings on the Bill in Committee of the whole House, to any proceedings

 

on Consideration or to proceedings on Third Reading.

 

Other proceedings

 

8.    

Any other proceedings on the Bill (including any proceedings on

 

consideration of Lords Amendments or on any further messages from the

 

Lords) may be programmed.

 

 

Local Government Finance Bill (programme (No. 2))

 

That the Order of 10 January 2012 in the last session of Parliament (Local Government

 

Finance Bill (Programme)) be varied as follows:

 

1.    

Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Order shall be omitted.

 

2.    

Proceedings on Consideration shall be taken in the following order: New

 

Clauses and New Schedules relating to council tax; amendments to Clauses

 

8 to 12; amendments to Schedule 4; New Clauses and New Schedules relating

 

to non-domestic rating; amendments to Clauses 1 to 7; amendments to

 

Schedules 1 to 3; remaining proceedings on Consideration.

 

3.    

Proceedings on Consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be

 

brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the

 

day on which those proceedings are commenced.

 

4.    

Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be

 

brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day.

 

 

LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE BILL (PROGRAMME) (No. 3)

That the following provisions shall apply to the Local Government Finance Bill for the

 

purpose of supplementing the Orders of 10 January 2012 in the last session (Local

 

Government Finance Bill (Programme)) and 21 May 2012 (Local Government Finance

 

Bill (Programme) (No. 2)):

 

Consideration of Lords Amendments

 

1.    

Proceedings on consideration of Lords Amendments shall (so far as not

 

previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion three hours after their

 

commencement at today‘s sitting.

 

Subsequent stages

 

2.    

Any further Message from the Lords may be considered forthwith without

 

any Question being put.

 

3.    

The Proceedings on any further Message from the Lords shall (so far as not

 

previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour after their
