Amend the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 in
relation to the permitted signatories of notices; and for connected purposes.
Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and
consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Amendment of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act
1993
In section 99(5) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development
Act 1993, leave out the whole of paragraph (a) and the words “in any other
5case,” in paragraph (b).
2 Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Leasehold Reform (Amendment) Act 2013.
(2) This Act comes into force one month after the date on which it is passed.
