Clause  27,  page  19,  line  37,  at end insert—

 

‘(5)    

A person commits an offence if, prior to information being presented to the

 

Secretary of State in accordance with section 26, the person discloses that

 

information.

 

(6)    

A person who is guilty of an offence under subsection (5) is liable—

 

(a)    

on summary conviction, to imprisonment for not more than 12 months or

 

to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or both); or

 

(b)    

on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for not more than two

 

years or to a fine (or both).’.

That the following provisions shall apply to the Defence Reform Bill:

 

Committal

 

1.    

The Bill shall be committed to a Public Bill Committee.

 

Proceedings in Public Bill Committee

 

2.    

Proceedings in the Public Bill Committee shall (so far as not previously

 

concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Thursday 24 October 2013.

 

3.    

The Public Bill Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on

 

which it meets.

 

Consideration and Third Reading

 

4.    

Proceedings on Consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be

 

brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the

 

day on which those proceedings are commenced.

 

5.    

Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be

 

brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day.

 

6.    

Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to

 

proceedings on Consideration and Third Reading.

 

Other Proceedings

 

7.    

Any other proceedings on the Bill (including any proceedings on

 

consideration of Lords Amendments or on any further messages from the
