| | Clause 2, page 2, line 13, leave out sub-paragraph (v) and insert— |

| | | “(v) | meets the requirements of sub-paragraphs (i) to (iv), and |
|
| | | occupies accommodation comprising one bedroom more than |
|
| | | required so to qualify, then the deduction from housing benefit |
|
| | | or universal credit shall be 14%. Where they occupy two or more |
|
| | | bedrooms more than required, the deduction shall be 25%.” |
