| | (6) | The National Convention shall meet in public. |

| | (7) | The National Convention must, following its convening, lay a report before |

| | (a) | 15 months have elapsed after this Act receives Royal Assent, or |
|
| | (b) | the day on which Her Majesty’s Government declares that agreement has |
|
| | been reached on the terms of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, |
|
| | whichever is the sooner.” |

| | proposed terms of the agreement, and |
|
| | (b) | no Minister of the Crown may conclude any such agreement unless the |
