| | (ii) | in a comparable period before the provisions of this Act came |

| | (d) | the number of prosecutions for electoral offences under the |
|
| | Representation of the People Act 1983 by overseas electors— |
|
| | (i) | in the period since the provisions of this Act came into force, and |
|
| | (ii) | in a comparable period before the provisions of this Act came |
|
| | |
| | (e) | any steps to be taken to reduce the incidence of such electoral offences.” |
