New section 94E Drainage and sewerage management plans: direction
696 New section 94E defines directions with reference to preceding sections.
697 Subsection (1) defines directions as those given in new section 94A or regulations under new section 94C.
698 Subsection (2) specifies that directions must be given in writing.
699 Subsection (3) specifies that directions may be given to all sewerage undertakers or can be specific to one or more sewerage undertaker.
700 Subsection (4) confirms that sewerage undertakers have a duty to comply with directions.
701 Subsection (5) sets out that the duties under this section are enforceable under section 18 of the Water Industry Act 1991.
