Annex A - Territorial extent and application in the United Kingdom
107 Subject to the provisions set out in clause 5(5) to (11), the provisions of the Bill extend and apply to England and Wales only.
108 Clause 5(5) to (11) provides that the operation of the clean sweep or a pre-consolidation amendment on an existing provision has the same extent as the existing provision.
109 The table below sets out the pre-consolidation amendments in the Bill which extend beyond England and Wales in the United Kingdom.
