Schedule 10: Offences attracting restricted eligibility of terrorist prisoners for release on licence: Scotland
264. This Schedule makes the corresponding changes to Schedule 9 for Scotland, by amending Schedule 1A to the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993. Part 1 covers all offences for which a serious terrorism sentence may be imposed. Part 2 covers all offences for which a serious terrorism sentence may not be imposed but are considered terrorist offences with restricted early release. Part 3 covers all offences for which a serious terrorism sentence may be imposed further to the finding of a terrorism connection.
