“Requirement for an inter-business agreement

Before making a relevant disposal in relation to a Royal Mail company as referred to in section 2, the Secretary of State shall ensure that there is in force a written agreement between one or more Royal Mail companies and Post Office Limited for a duration of at least 10 years which defines the relationship between Royal Mail companies and Post Office Limited.”
