(a) the Home Secretary has reached agreement with the Terrorism Coordinator about the additional resources required effectively to achieve the measures in this Bill; and
(b) such agreed resources have been deployed.
(2A) The Home Secretary must lay a copy of the agreement with the Terrorism Coordinator before both Houses of Parliament at the same time as laying a draft order under subsection (2).”

“( ) This Act expires at the end of the period of one year beginning with the day on which it commences.
( ) The Secretary of State may, by order, revive the Act if a draft of such an order is laid before and approved by an affirmative resolution of both Houses of Parliament.
( ) An order made by the Minister under this section is to be made by statutory instrument.”
