“(2A) In taking the steps referred to in subsections (1) and (2), the local authority and the Secretary of State respectively shall promote co-operation between each other and between each of them and the following providers of public health services—

(a) the Board;

(b) a clinical commissioning group for an area any part of which falls within the area of the local authority;

(c) where the authority is a county council for an area for which there is also a district council, the district council;

(d) the police authority and the chief officer of police for a police area any part of which falls within the area of the local authority;

(e) the Fire and Rescue Service for an area any part of which falls within the area of the local authority;

(f) a local probation board for an area any part of which falls within the area of the local authority; and

(g) a youth offending team for an area any part of which falls within the area of the local authority.”
