Compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights
329 The Minister of State for Exiting the European Union has made a statement under section 19(1)(a) of the Human Rights Act 1998 that, in his view, the provisions of the Bill are compatible with the Convention rights.

The Government has published a separate ECHR memorandum which explains its assessment
of the compatibility of the Billʹs provisions with the Convention rights. The memorandum is
available on the Department for Exiting the European Union website.
