Explanatory Notes

Territorial extent and application

20 Clause 24 sets out the territorial extent of the Bill, that is the jurisdictions in which the Bill forms part of the law. The territorial extent of this Bill is England and Wales. The Bill will apply to long residential leaseholds in England and Wales.
