That leave be given to bring in a Bill to enable schools to register as Industrial Provident Societies; to amend the Education Act 2006 to enable nursery schools to be established as school trusts; and for connected purposes.

Proceedings on new Clauses and new Schedules relating to tax measures concerning housing will be brought to a conclusion two hours after the commencement of proceedings on the Bill; proceedings on new Clauses and new Schedules relating to the bank levy and Clauses 200 to 202 will be brought to a conclusion four and a half hours after the commencement of proceedings on the Bill, and new Clauses and new Schedules appearing on the Order Paper not later than Tuesday 16 April 2013 and relating to new Clauses and new Schedules relating to the subject matter of Clauses 203 to 212 and Schedule 41 will be brought to a conclusion seven hours after the commencement of proceedings on the Bill (Order of 15 April).
