Purpose |
The APPG will hear evidence from organisations, groups and individuals with expert knowledge and experience of complaints handling. The APPG will hear best practice guidelines and protocols for dealing with NHS complaints. This inquiry will be looking at complaints handling both at a local level and at second stage. |
