All-Party Parliamentary Group on Weapons and the Protection of Civilians |
Purpose |
To promote practices, policies and laws that better prevent civilian harm from weapons. The APPG will increase awareness within Parliament, amongst the media and public, of concerns regarding current weapons system and certain weapons systems in development, encouraging the government to engage in relevant international processes to enhance humanitarian protection. |
