Purpose |
To draw attention to the humanitarian consequences of the manufacture, possession, sale, purchase, transport and unlawful use of explosive weapons, and raise the profile of the humanitarian benefits of mine action work, campaigning for appropriate policy change and acting as a focal point for debate and the exchange of ideas, views and information. |
