Purpose |
To give parliamentarians a greater understanding of the barriers faced by those with complex needs or dual diagnosis, who may have to negotiate a number of issues (substance misuse, mental health issues) in their lives while often living in deprivation and lacking access to stable housing or meaningful daily activities. |
