Purpose |
To serve as a parliamentary forum for the discussion of statistical issues including: the use of statistics by parliamentarians, parliamentary committees and government departments; evidence-based decision-making; national statistical literacy; 'big data' and data ethics; and the work of the Office for National Statistics, UK Statistics Authority and Government Statistical Service. |
