Purpose |
To explore the effects of a lack of competition in the current operation of Heathrow Airport and the process to decide who will deliver and operate Heathrow's future infrastructure. To consider the potential for aviation passengers of introducing competition at Heathrow and giving serious consideration to alternative proposals for the development. |
