Purpose |
To find (or identify or formulate) practical solutions and policies for those aged between 0-25, be they perpetrators or victims of crime, and to look at the cause and effect of gun and knife crime, persistent and prolific offending, gang crime, bullying, abuse, domestic violence, drug and alcohol addiction and homelessness. |
