Purpose |
To campaign for HSBC UK to remove state deduction, more commonly known as pension integration or 'clawback', from the post-1974 Midland Bank Defined Benefit Pension Scheme. To raise awareness of pension clawback more generally, especially in cases where it has been poorly communicated, and to highlight its discriminatory impacts. |
