PURPOSE |
To find (or identify or formulate) practical solutions and policies for those aged between 0-25, be they perpetrators or victims of crime; and to look at cause and effect for gun and knife crime, persistent and prolific offenders, gang crime, bullying, abuse, drug and alcohol addiction and homelessness. |
