PURPOSE |
To raise awareness of volatile substance abuse (VSA) in Parliament; to ensure the government adopts policies to help reduce deaths from VSA; to support the wider understanding of the issue in the country at large, particularly with local authorities, voluntary groups, youth workers and parents; and to prioritise work on VSA as part of a wider strategy on drugs, alcohol and other substances. |
