The Eighth Report from the Foreign Affairs Committee, Session 2002-03, on Zimbabwe, HC 339, is relevant.
Debate may continue for three hours, not including any periods of suspension owing to divisions being called in the House or a Committee of the whole House (Standing Order No. 10).
