   That the sitting be now adjourned.

   Proposed subject for debate: Boundaries, voting and representation in Scotland.

   The Third Report from the Scottish Affairs Committee, Session 2005-06, HC 924, Putting Citizens First: the Report from the Commission on Boundary Differences and Voting Systems, is relevant.

   Debate may continue for three hours, not including any periods of suspension owing to divisions being called in the House or a Committee of the whole House (Standing Order No. 10(1)).
