TITLE Associate Parliamentary Minerals Group
PURPOSE To promote parliamentary awareness of the importance of minerals, provide information on developments in minerals usage, policy and regulation and act as an information exchange between parliamentarians and industry.

Keene Public Affairs provides administrative support (organises lunches and meetings on behalf of the group). The group's activites are supported by the British Cement Association, CBI Minerals Group, Kaolin and Ball Clay Association, Quarry Products Association, and the Silica & Moulding Sands Association which each contribute £4000 a year.
