| PURPOSE
| To ensure that ports and merchant navy issues are placed higher on the political agenda so that their interests and unique problems are taken into account during the policy making process; to provide a forum for all with an interest in ports and merchant navy matters; and to enable a dialogue between industry representatives and MPs.
