15-19 October 2007, to Seattle, Washington State USA, to the Malaria Forum invited by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in my capacity as Chairman of the Malaria Consortium, Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Malaria and as a voluntary Trustee Director of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. 21-24 June 2007, to USA, to attend the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) World Forum in Beaver Creek, Colorado. My accommodation, ground transportation and meals were all paid for by the AEI. The cost of flights from New York to Vail, Colorado and from Vail to Chicago were paid for by Alan Howard of Brevan Howard Asset Management.
