21-24 June 2007, to USA, to attend the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) World Forum in Beaver Creek, Colorado. My accommodation, ground transportation and meals were all paid for by the AEI. The cost of flights from New York to Vail, Colorado and from Vail to Chicago were paid for by Alan Howard of Brevan Howard Asset Management.
