I receive a payment of £32,000 per annum, paid monthly. I chair a monthly board meeting and have regular telephone contact with the managing director. Hours worked, approximately 5 hours per month.

Biowayste Systems Ltd (non-executive); West Haddon Road, Crick, Northampton NW6 7SQ. (Resigned). I received payment of £12,000 per annum and attended two board meetings per month. I also provided advice and assistance to the company when needed.

5. Gifts, benefits and hospitality (UK)

In 2006, 2007 and 2008 I received a registrable benefit in respect of the rent I paid for a flat rented from BCC Marketing Services Ltd. (Registered 17 December 2009)
