(a) JRS Liquidation Ltd registered at Companies House; formerly Arq International Ltd; executive recruitment. Arq International is being closed down to facilitate my being a full-time MP and the name of this company has now changed. I expect the liquidation process to complete later this year. I have taken a 20% share in the company (QuyDe Limited) set up by a former employee, which has now purchased the name of Arq International.
