Purpose of visit: to visit Khartoum ahead of the 9 July separation of North and South Sudan and to meet politicians, ministers, businessmen, representatives of the Sudanese Coptic Church, UK Ambassador and representatives of DFID to view and discuss the current situation in Sudan and the situation post 9 July. Also to visit Kenana Sugar Factory and meet staff and management of the factory.

I received a prize of £100 in an archery competition from Archery GB, Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Newport, Shropshire TF10 9AT. I donated the money to a local charity. (Registered 8 December 2011)
