Amount of donation or nature and value if donation in kind: Two tickets with a value of £150 each for the Olympic Games on 5 August 2012, plus Paralympic Family passes with no face value which allowed free access to the venues.  My wife attended the opening ceremony with me on 29 August 2012 but did not attend any other events.  I attended four events and the Paralympic closing ceremony plus a further four at which I took part in medal ceremonies.
