24-26 September 2012, I participated in a programme of meetings in Berlin and Leipzig with German politicians and officials from the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), a publicly funded think-tank. The KAS (Great Britain) paid for flights, internal train tickets and sundry other expenses with a value of £544.
