Until 26 January 2017, Chair and director of Causeway Institute for Peace-building and Conflict Resolution (CIPBCR Ltd); a private company limited by guarantee and operating on a not for profit basis, to promote and share the Northern Ireland experience of peace-building and conflict resolution in the UK and overseas. The position required my involvement for approximately 5-8 hours per week and was non-salaried although some expenses were met for participation in projects.
